The 2S35 Koalitsiya-SV is Russia's next-generation self-propelled howitzer entering limited service from 2023. It features a fully automated ammunition handling and loading system achieving 10-12 rounds/minute. The 152mm/52-calibre gun provides 40 km range with standard projectiles and 70+ km with rocket-assisted munitions. The crew of 3 operates from a protected capsule completely separated from the ammunition and propellant. The system uses GLONASS for navigation and can integrate guided munitions including the Krasnopol laser-guided shell. Production is proceeding very slowly, with the 2S19M2 Msta-S remaining Russia's primary SPH.

- 152mm/52-cal gun achieves 70+ km range with rocket-assisted projectile
- Fully robotic loading system delivers 10-12 rounds/minute — far exceeding competitors
- Single operator in armoured turret can conduct fire missions autonomously
- GLONASS-guided Krasnopol precision munition compatibility
- NATO 155mm L/52 equivalent performance — matches K9/AS-90 class
- Very limited production — few dozen in service by 2025
- Unconfirmed combat use in Ukraine — performance validation pending
- Very high unit cost competing with 2S19M2 Msta-S and 2S33 Msta-SM2
- Robotic systems complexity may reduce reliability in field conditions
