CASC CH-4 / Wing Loong II UCAV

Overview

Chinese armed unmanned combat aerial vehicles providing Saudi Arabia with precision strike capability and domestic production under license. Saudi Arabia procured CH-4 Rainbow and Wing Loong II (reports suggest 300+ total UAVs) with production line established domestically under Vision 2030 localization goals. Features MALE configuration with endurance 30-40+ hours, satellite communications, electro-optical/infrared sensors, and precision-guided munitions including AR-1/Blue Arrow missiles. Extensively combat-proven in Yemen operations conducting strikes against Houthi targets. Indigenous production provides technological independence and supports domestic industry.
