Selective Precision Effects At Range — a lightweight, network-enabled precision strike missile designed for internal carriage in the F-35B Lightning II weapons bays. Weight of approximately 100 kg with a turbojet engine providing a range exceeding 140 km. Features multi-mode seeker combining millimetric wave radar, semi-active laser, and imaging infrared for autonomous target recognition and engagement in GPS-denied environments. Can be launched in salvos with mid-course updates via datalink, enabling cooperative engagement against time-sensitive, mobile, and maritime targets. Up to eight can be carried internally by an F-35B.

- Small size allows F-35B to carry 8 internally; mass engagement capability
- Turbojet propulsion gives standoff range exceeding 100 km
- Multi-mode seeker with datalink enables target update and re-targeting in flight
- Networked salvo capability for coordinated attacks
- Small warhead limits effectiveness against hardened targets
- Subsonic speed makes it vulnerable to advanced air defenses
- Complex seeker and datalink increase unit cost
- Dependent on F-35 integration timeline
