The Norinco A-100 (AR1A export designation) is a 300mm multiple launch rocket system operated by Pakistan Army. Mounted on an 8x8 wheeled TEL, it fires a 10-round salvo of 300mm rockets to a maximum range of 120 km (standard) with precision-guided variants extending to 130 km. The system provides Pakistan Army with deep fire capability against area targets, logistic nodes, and artillery positions beyond the range of conventional tube artillery. Pakistan procured the A-100 from China as a cost-effective heavy rocket artillery capability.

SIGN INNetwork integration allows this platform to function as a sensor node as much as a strike platform.
Sustained supersonic cruise changes the engagement timeline fundamentally — defenders have less decision time.

Active protection system integration at this weight class represents a significant leap in survivability calculus.
