DESCRIPCIÓN DEL SISTEMA
Sistema de armas láser móvil basado en tierra diseñado supuestamente para cegar o deslumbrar satélites de reconocimiento, deshabilitar ópticas de drones y derrotar sistemas de guía electro-óptica. Desplegado en campos de misiles ICBM para proteger lanzadores móviles de la vigilancia. La salida de potencia exacta y las capacidades permanecen clasificadas. Nombrado en honor al guerrero monje ruso medieval Alexander Peresvet. Declarado operativo en diciembre de 2018.
