Nigeria's most modern main battle tank, procured from Norinco China. Features 125mm smoothbore gun, composite and ERA armor, advanced thermal fire control system, and automatic loader. Entered service with the Nigerian Army around 2020. Represents a significant capability upgrade over legacy T-72M1 fleet.
