DESCRIPCIÓN DEL SISTEMA
The KJ-600 is China's carrier-based airborne early warning aircraft, designed for catapult launch from the Type 003 Fujian carrier. Similar in concept to the E-2D Hawkeye, it uses a rotodome with phased array antennas and twin turboprop engines. The KJ-600 fills a critical gap in Chinese carrier air wing capability, providing organic AEW&C for carrier battle group protection and strike coordination.
