Leidos

Leidos is an American defence, intelligence, and information technology company headquartered in Reston, Virginia. Formed in 2013 when SAIC split into two companies, Leidos is a leading provider of IT systems, engineering, and mission solutions to the US Department of Defense, intelligence community, and allied governments. Leidos holds major contracts for the US Navy's NGEN-R (Next Generation Enterprise Network-Recompete) program, the Air Force's SCIF IT infrastructure, and DHS border security biometric systems. Leidos's cybersecurity division supports US Cyber Command operations, provides managed security services for critical DoD networks, and operates classified cyber ranges for offensive/defensive training. The company's health and civil division supports DARPA research programs. Annual revenue reached $15.4 billion in fiscal year 2024, making Leidos the largest IT and services contractor for the US federal government.
