Overview
David Sling (also known as Magic Wand) is an Israeli medium-range air defense system designed to intercept enemy aircraft, cruise missiles, and short to medium-range ballistic missiles. Developed jointly by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and Raytheon, it fills the gap between the Iron Dome short-range system and the Arrow long-range interceptor in Israel layered air defense architecture.
