Overview

The Bulsae-3 is North Korea's most capable anti-tank guided missile system, developed as a derivative of the Russian Kornet laser-guided ATGM. It features a tandem shaped-charge warhead designed to defeat ERA-equipped tanks. The system can be mounted on vehicles for multi-tube simultaneous engagements. While based on the proven Kornet design, the actual performance compared to the Russian original is unknown. It was showcased during the 2016 military parade and has been observed in training exercises.
