Overview
The WZ-10 (Fierce Thunderbolt) is China's primary dedicated attack helicopter, developed jointly by AVIC and featuring an anti-tank/air assault role comparable to the AH-64 Apache. The WZ-10 carries anti-tank guided missiles, air-to-air missiles, rockets, and a chin-mounted gun. It is operated by both PLAGF and PLAMC and forms the backbone of China's helicopter attack force.
