SDT (Systeme de Drone Tactique)

Overview

Tactical drone system based on the Safran Sperwer platform, providing French ground forces with organic real-time intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance at brigade and division level. Features automatic take-off and landing capability, EO/IR sensor payload, and a data link range exceeding 100 km. Operating altitude up to 16,000 ft with endurance of approximately 5 hours. The system is fully integrated into the French Army's SCORPION battlespace management network, providing commanders with persistent tactical situational awareness. Multiple systems are in operational service supporting deployed French forces.
