Overview
The Hermes 900 StarLiner is a medium-altitude long-endurance unmanned aerial system developed by Elbit Systems. With endurance over 30 hours and maximum altitude of 9,100 m, it carries up to 300 kg of sensors. The StarLiner variant adds a dedicated communications relay payload for beyond-line-of-sight operations. Azerbaijan has operated the Hermes 900 in the ISR role, providing persistent wide-area surveillance and targeting data for ground forces and strike systems including the TB2 and LORA ballistic missile.
