The HISAR-A is a Turkish indigenous low-altitude air defense missile system developed by ASELSAN and ROKETSAN. Designed for point defense of military assets and critical infrastructure, it provides 360-degree protection against air-breathing threats including aircraft, helicopters, UAVs, and cruise missiles at ranges up to 15 km.
