Overview
Indonesia is negotiating or has signed agreements for Fincantieri Pattugliatore Polivalente d'Altura (PPA) multi-purpose patrol vessels. The PPA is a versatile warship designed for the Italian Navy combining corvette/frigate capability with patrol vessel flexibility. Indonesia's variant would provide advanced surface combatant capability with an integrated combat management system, TESEO Mk2/A anti-ship missiles, and helicopter facilities.
