Overview
The DF-26B is China's intermediate-range ballistic missile with both conventional and nuclear warhead options, capable of striking targets at ranges from 3,000 to 5,000 km. It is dual-capable (nuclear and conventional) and can target land targets as well as ships with its anti-ship variant, extending the ASBM concept to 5,000 km range, putting Guam firmly within range. The DF-26B uses solid fuel for rapid launch.
