About Oshkosh Defense
Oshkosh Defense is the military vehicle division of Oshkosh Corporation, a US manufacturer of specialty vehicles. Oshkosh is best known for winning the US Army's JLTV (Joint Light Tactical Vehicle) competition in 2015 — replacing the iconic HMMWV with the L-ATV, which offers dramatically improved blast and ballistic protection. Oshkosh also produces the Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) and Palletized Load System (PLS) for Army logistics. JLTV has been sold to UK, NATO allies, and numerous partner nations. Annual revenues from defense exceed $3 billion.
