NPO Mashinostroyeniya (NPO MASh, formerly Chelomei OKB) is one of Russia's most important strategic missile design bureaus, responsible for cruise missiles, ballistic missiles, anti-ship missiles, and space systems. Part of the Tactical Missiles Corporation (KTRV). Key products include the Oniks/P-800 (supersonic anti-ship cruise missile), Yakhont/BrahMos (Indo-Russian joint, Mach 2.8), 3M-54 Kalibr, P-1000 Vulkan, Granit cruise missile, and the Zircon hypersonic missile. Also produces the Buk, Tor, Pantsir air defense systems through affiliated bureaus. The BrahMos joint venture with India is one of the most commercially successful Russian defense exports.
