Indra Sistemas is a Spanish multinational technology and defence company headquartered in Alcobendas, Madrid. Founded in 1993, Indra is Spain's largest defence and IT contractor and a leading European defence-technology integrator. The Spanish government holds approximately 28% through the SEPI holding company. Indra's defence division develops air traffic management systems, military simulation and training, radar systems, electronic warfare, and cybersecurity solutions for NATO member armed forces. Indra is the prime contractor for Spain's Air Force Integrated Air Defence System and has exported its systems to over 50 countries. The company developed the SkyKeeper command-and-control system used by Spanish, Portuguese, and Latin American air defence networks. Indra's cybersecurity subsidiary Minsait provides critical infrastructure protection and government cyber defence services across Southern Europe and Latin America. Annual revenues reached €4.3 billion in fiscal year 2024.
